Conservation and Special status

This species is not legally protected in India under any schedules of WildLife (Protection) Act, 1972.

This species has been recorded so far from Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir UT, Manipur, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry UT, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and West Bengal, within the Indian limits.

 

This is a common species.
