This species was previously known from SE Tibet and W. China (Evans 1932; 1949). The spot record (BOI-cw522 to BOI-cw525) from Kibithoo, Anjaw District, eastern Arunachal Pradesh, is the first record of the species from India, reported here on 2018/03/25.
